SM-series

The BUCH SM series, have been specially design and built to obtain of electrowelded mesh in panels or in rolls. This model of machines is thinked to start the process from coiled wire.

The machines for the SM-series, they manage to automate the processes and incorporate it all of them in one only machine.

So that, starting from coiled wire, we are able to feed, straighten, cut, sold and if is required fold the material. Also, if we are manufacturing panels, we could stack and strap the material without the necessity that any operator has to intervene during all the process.

SM-series adapt to the specific necessities of each costumer. So that, the machine mesures and his elements, can variate following the necessities of each costumer.

With this machine model we can manufacture the following products:

  • Flat electro-welded panels.
  • Folded electro-welded panels (V or U fold).
  • Electro-welded mesh in rolls.
  • Wire cable trays.
  • “ZIG-ZAG spacers for constriction.
  • “U” spacers for construction.
