The DCME machines (Multiple Carriage Electric Bending Machines) are universal type automatic machines designed by BUCH® for the production, in large series, of precision shaped parts made from roll materials, be they strapping or wire.

The DML series machines share many characteristics with the DCME series. The main difference between one and the other is that they are of linear construction.

The BUCH BML series is ideal for producing, without the need for special tools, a wide variety of parts with numerous bends, whether symmetrical or asymmetrical, starting from coiled wire.

The BUCH SM series, have been specially design and built to obtain of electrowelded mesh in panels or in rolls. This model of machines is thinked to start the process from coiled wire.

This series of machines has been designed together with large companies that needed to automate their production processes for this product, and together, we have managed to automate a process that allows us to increase production and obtain a higher quality product.

The BUCH model “WSC” wire straightening and cutting machines are high-speed machines, up to 120m/min., with which you can straighten and cut wire between Ø1mm. and Ø16mm. Its compact structure and four well-defined modules.

Mechanical presses are the best known and used system for stamping. BUCH® has developed its own presses that are often complemented by other equipment offered by the company. This experience has allowed BUCH® to be able to offer this element incorporated together with other equipment or individually.

We denominate special machines, those projects for the ones we do not part from the structure of the series BUCH we’ve developed during all the years.
