The BUCH AS series has been designed for the production of different electro-welded reinforcements for the construction sector.
This series of machines has been designed together with large companies that needed to automate their production processes for this product, and together, we have managed to automate a process that allows us to increase production and obtain a higher quality product.
This reinforcement is made up of 2 longitudinal wires (corrugated or smooth) and a cross wire.
During the process we straighten and feed the longitudinal wires (if the product requires it, we can also laminate this wire) and we weld the cross wire, which we have straightened and cut on the same machine before positioning it for welding.
Through programming and very quickly, we will indicate to the machine the total measure of the reinforcement and the distance between cross wires that we want to manufacture. The width of the product is mechanically adjustable from a spindle that allows us to adjust it quickly and precisely.
Finally, we can incorporate a strapping system that will allow us to extract the material in packages, so that all the processes will be incorporated into a single machine.
This reinforcements is composed of a corrugated longitudinal superior wire, two corrugated longitudinal inferior wires and two smooth wavy lateral connecting wires that form the lattice.
By the way, we start from 5 wire coils which we straighten, wave, weld, cut and finally the extraction of the final product is performed, and if the customer requires we can strap the reinforcement pack due an automatic form in the same equipment.
The AS-columns machines, start from coiled material in the longitudinal wires (ᴓ8, ᴓ10, ᴓ12) and on the cross wire (ᴓ4, ᴓ5, ᴓ6) being integred the straightening, conformating, welding, cutting processes and a final extraction of the finished product.
With the standard configuration of the machine we can manufacture regular reinforcements (same distance between stirrups in one only reinforcement) from 80x80mm. until 400x400mm. Optionally we can manufacture irregular reinforcements (different distance between stirrups in one only reinforcement, Triangular reinforcements (starting from 3 longitudinal wires) open reinforcements (open stirrup).
Also we can include on the machine the evacuation processes and strap the packages with
some product manufactured units in a automatic form.
